Flying Trade Group PLC Sites (collectively, “Submissions”). By sending, posting, or transmitting
Submissions to Flying Trade Group PLC (and/or our designees) or any area of the Flying Trade
Group PLC Sites, you grant Flying Trade Group PLC and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive,
sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable
right to use, reproduce, sublicense (through multiple tiers), distribute, create derivative
works of, perform, and import your Submissions in any media now known or hereafter developed,
for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you. In other
words, Flying Trade Group PLC has the automatic right to use your Submissions — including
reproducing, disclosing, publishing, or broadcasting your Submission — anywhere, anytime, in
any medium, and for any purpose. Under no circumstances are you entitled to payment if Flying
Trade Group PLC uses one of your Submissions. All Submissions are deemed non-confidential and
non-proprietary.
You are responsible for the content of your Submissions. By posting a Submission, you represent
and warrant that:
You own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission, including without limitation
all copyrights and trademarks;
Your Submission is true and accurate;
Your Submission does not violate the rights of any other person or entity, such as rights of
privacy and publicity and Your Submission complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Submission posted by you or any third

any unlawful or prohibited purpose and not to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or

Sites are not under the control of Flying Trade Group, and we are not responsible for their
content or availability. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Flying Trade

Sea-Isle is provided on an “as-is” basis. Flying Trade Group PLC makes no representations or
warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability

including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom,
without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flying Trade Group PLC concerning the
subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings,
whether oral or written.
